Terms & Conditions

Your agreement with Arjuna Fast Cruise for safe and reliable sea travel

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before booking

1. General Conditions

All services provided by Arjuna Fast Cruise are subject to the laws and regulations of Indonesia. By making a booking, passengers agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

Important Notice

Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to refuse carriage of any passenger or luggage that may compromise safety, comfort, or operational standards.

For safety reasons, all passengers must follow instructions given by the crew at all times.

2. Health & Safety Advisory

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, our services are not recommended for individuals who are:

Pregnant
Suffering from serious heart conditions
Experiencing severe back problems
Having significant physical impairments

Supervision Required

All children and infants must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult during the journey.

3. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed:

Maximum 2 pieces of luggage
Total weight not exceeding 25 kg

Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to:

  • Inspect luggage when necessary
  • Refuse items deemed unsafe or hazardous

Valuables

While we assist with handling, passengers remain responsible for their belongings. We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.

4. Check-in & Boarding

Check-in Requirement

Passengers are required to check in at least 60 minutes prior to departure.

Late arrival may result in denial of boarding without refund.

5. Schedule & Operational Conditions

All departure times are subject to:

Weather conditions
Sea conditions
Operational and safety considerations
Government or Harbor Master regulations

Safety First

In such cases, Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to adjust schedules, delay departures, or cancel trips when necessary for safety. Passenger safety remains our highest priority.

6. Insurance

All passengers are covered by Jasa Raharja Insurance in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

7. Booking Changes

Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability:

Regular Season

Minimum 2 days prior to departure

High Season

June, July, August, December, January: minimum 4 days prior

8. Road Transportation (Optional Service)

Complimentary hotel transfer is available in selected areas of Bali.

Valid for one pick-up and one drop-off location
Maximum 4 passengers per vehicle
Address must be confirmed during booking
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund and cancellation guidelines

1. Passenger Cancellation

More than 7 days before departure

Full refund

Between 3 – 6 days before departure

50% refund

50%

Less than 48 hours before departure

No refund

No show or late arrival

No refund

0%

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

2. Company Cancellation

Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

Adverse weather conditions
Technical or operational issues
Safety concerns
Government or harbor authority instructions

In such cases:

Passengers will be offered reschedule or full refund

Arjuna Fast Cruise is not responsible for:

  • • Accommodation costs
  • • Connecting flights
  • • Other travel arrangements affected by delays or cancellations

Passengers are strongly advised to allow at least 24 hours buffer before any onward international or domestic flights.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed:

Only for payments received directly by Arjuna Fast Cruise
Through the original payment method where possible

Transaction Fees

Any bank or transaction fees will be borne by the passenger.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By completing a booking, passengers acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
